User Experience Design and Agile

 Jared Spool talks about 'experience design', which involves a user's entire involvement in a process, not just through a website, but also through the physical manifestation of their choices (picking up an online purchase at a store, for example).  For developers, user experience depends not just on the UI, but on the back end systems that need to communicate accurately.

The role of experience design research is to discover all of the requirements in the entire user experience and fulfill those requirements.  The only way to know if your experience is good is to watch actual consumers go through the process.  Feedback has to be constant. Jared Spool shares many of the interesting advice and insight for developers that want to create a great user experience.
