Here are a few updates on the Cloud that I missed this last week.  Azure's got a new startup-support program, Heroku's blog gives incremental updates, and AWS opens a marketplace for its multitude of products.

Windows Azure:
Azure Acceleratore Offers Startup Support
This program will help eleven startups over three months will use "mentor-driven methodology" to get some up-and-comers on the road to success.

Heroku
Heroku Changelog Feeds You Continual Updates
While the Heroku blog provides readers with the big updates, the change log keeps the community aware of the continual changes being made to the platform.  Here's a screenshot.

Amazon Web Services
AWS Marketplace for AWS Software
Now you can find, buy and quickly deploy AWS software, including pay-as-you-go products, free software, and hosted software.  Some of the featured products up right now include Zend Server, MongoDB, Amazon Linux AMI and more.
