Keeping Track of Your Amazon AWS Products
Of course I did a quick comparison myself. I like the dashboard of CloudCheckr: it gives a great overview of all your products and which items can be improved (with explanation why).
The part that I like about the Trusted Advisor is the graphical representation of how your products are doing on cost optimization, security, fault tolerance and performance. You can see in one view the total status:
So which one is better? I know you don’t want to hear this but I can’t say (yet). I just scratched the surface of both products but since they are both in beta and currently free this is the time to dive into them and give them a more thorough look. If you prefer one solution over the other please let me know.
