The Windows Live team plans on reducing SkyDrive’s free storage quota from 25 GB to 7 GB on an unreported date. When you log on to your account on 4/23/2012 or later, you’ll see the following banner:

Clicking the link opens the Manage Storage page with the free upgrade option:
